Two.Summaryofprocessflow(refertoprocessflowchart)
Beforeenteringthecentrifugalaircompressor,theairissuckedintotheairfiltertoremovedustandparticulateimpurities,andthencompressedintotheaircompressor.Thecompressedairiscooledbetweenstagesbytheintermediatecooler.Aftertheaircompressorreaches1.1MPa,theaircompressoriscooledintotheair-conditioningunitto5degreesCelsius.Afterseparatingthefreewater,itentersthemolecularsieveforadsorption.Cleananddryaircanbeobtainedbyremovingwater,carbondioxideandsomehydrocarbonsfromtheair.Twoadsorbersareusedalternately,oneadsorberadsorbsimpurities,andtheotheradsorberregenerateshigh-temperaturewastenitrogen.
Aftertheaircomesoutoftheadsorber,itclearsthedustthroughthefilter,andthenthepurifiedairentersthemainheatexchangeroneway,expandstheexpanderfromthemiddleofthemainheatexchangertomakerefrigeration,andthenventsit.Theotherwayentersthemainheatexchanger,whichiscooledtothetemperaturenearthedewpointandthrottlesitintothelowertower.
Cooledairentersthelowertowerforrectification.Theairenteringthelowertowerevaporatestheliquidonthetraythroughthetray,andmorenitrogenvaporizesoutoftheliquid.Theairpassingthroughthetraycondensestheoxygenintheairduetotheexchangeoflatentheat.
Asaresult,theoxygencontentintheliquidatthebottomofthelowertowerincreases,whilethenitrogencontentinthesteamincreases.Nitrogenisexchangedwithliquidoxygenatthebottomoftheuppertowerthroughacondensingevaporator.Theliquidoxygenisevaporatedandthenitrogeniscondensed.Someofthecondensatedliquidnitrogenwaspartiallyreturnedtothelowercolumnasrefluxliquid,andtherestoftheliquidnitrogenwascoldthrottledandenteredtheuppercolumnfordistillation.
Theoxygen-enrichedliquidwasextractedfromthebottomofthelowertowerandsupercooledinthesupercooler.Afterthrottling,theoxygen-enrichedliquidwassenttothemiddleoftheuppertowerforreflux.
Theliquidoxygenisextractedfromthebottomoftheuppertowerandsenttothecoldboxasaliquidoxygenproduct.
Thewastenitrogengasisextractedfromthetopoftheuppertower,heatedbythecooler,expandedbythecryogenicexpander,thenexpandedintothemainheatexchanger,andthendischargedfromthecoldbox.Apartofthenitrogengasentersthepurificationsystemastheregenerationgasofthemolecularsieveadsorber,andmostofitreleasestheatmosphere.

8.Aftertheequipmentisdebuggedandqualified,theequipmentshallbetransferredtoPartyAafter72hoursofstabilizationtogetherwiththerelevantpersonnelofPartyA.
9.Theguaranteeperiodoftheequipmentis24monthsofnormaloperationor36monthsofthedateofdelivery.
10.PartyBwillsupplyallkindsofsparepartstoPartyAandprovidelife-longservicetothewholesetofequipment.Itwillalsoundertaketheworkoftheequipmentandensurethatusershavenoworries.
11.Thesuppliercarriesoutaone-stopservicetosales,technologyandafter-saleservice.Ithasdedicatedtrackingtothecustomerservicedepartmentoftheproductsthathavebeensold,andunderstandstheoperationoftheproductsintime,andsolvesthedifficultiesoftheusers.
12Aftertheoperationoftheequipment,whetheritisthemanufacturingqualityproblemortheimproperuseofPartyA,PartyBwillreplywithin4hoursafterreceivingthenotificationfromPartyA,andsendthestafftothescenewithin72hoursifnecessary,sothatPartyAissatisfied.

2)PartyBwilltrainexperiencedpartymemberswhoareexperiencedandskilledinguidingtheinstallation,commissioning,operationandmaintenanceofthecontract,includingteachingrelevantknowledgeandknow-how,andgivingdetailedanswerstothetechnicalproblemsraisedbyPartyA'stechnicians.
3)Inordertoensuretheefficiencyandeffectivenessofthetraining,PartyBshouldprovidetrainingmaterials,organizevisitstosimilardevicesandpractice.PartyAtakescareofthecostofvisitingandinternship.
2.TrainingfortheoperatorofPartyA
1)PartyBshallsendfreeexperiencedengineerstoexplaintheprocessandoperationtrainingofthecontractequipmentforPartyA'stechnicians,andguideordemonstratethepossibleoperatingconditions,adjustmentproceduresandmethodsofthecontractinstallation.
2)PartyB'sactualoperationtrainingforPartyA'soperatoriscarriedoutbyPartyB'son-sitecommissioningtechnicalteam,includingthejointstart-upofthedeviceandtheadjustmentofvariousparameterstoensurethestableoperationofthedevice.
3)PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithsimilaroperationequipmentforPartyApersonneltraining.

Beforeenteringthecentrifugalaircompressor,theairissuckedintotheairfiltertoremovedustandparticulateimpurities,andthencompressedintotheaircompressor.Thecompressedairiscooledbetweenstagesbytheintermediatecooler.Aftertheaircompressorreaches1.1MPa,theaircompressoriscooledintotheair-conditioningunitto5degreesCelsius.Afterseparatingthefreewater,itentersthemolecularsieveforadsorption.Cleananddryaircanbeobtainedbyremovingwater,carbondioxideandsomehydrocarbonsfromtheair.Twoadsorbersareusedalternately,oneadsorberadsorbsimpurities,andtheotheradsorberregenerateshigh-temperaturewastenitrogen.

Theoxygen-enrichedliquidwasextractedfromthebottomofthelowertowerandsupercooledinthesupercooler.Afterthrottling,theoxygen-enrichedliquidwassenttothemiddleoftheuppertowerforreflux.
Theliquidoxygenisextractedfromthebottomoftheuppertowerandsenttothecoldboxasaliquidoxygenproduct.

1)Inthecaseofproduction,whenthedevicereachestherequiredstableoperatingconditions,itshouldimmediatelycarryoutperformanceevaluationfor48hourswithoutinterruption,andthecapabilityoftheequipmentshouldreachtheperformanceguaranteevalue.
2)Duringtheinspectionperiod,theequipmentandmaterialsshallbeoperatedbyPartyA'spersonnelunderthesupervisionofPartyB'scommissioningexperts.
3)Allreadingsonallinstrumentsandanalyzersshallberecordedeveryhourduringtheacceptanceandexaminationperiod.Thearithmeticmeanofthereadingsperhourwastakenasthemeasuredvalue.Representativesofbothpartiesshallverifyallmeasurementsandrecordthemonarecordsheetwhichisvalidforbothparties.Thetwosidesaresenttogetherwiththecalculatedvalueandthecorrectedvalue.PartyBwillalsogetacopyoftheserecords.
4)Thecorrectionsofatmosphericpressure,airtemperature,relativehumidityandcoolingwatertemperatureareconsistentwiththecalculations.
5)Iftheperformanceevaluationisforcedtobeinterruptedduetonon-PartyBreasons,oncethedeviceisrestoredtostableoperation,cancontinuetoconduct48hoursofassessment.
6)IftheperformanceassessmentisforcedtobeinterruptedduetoPartyA'sresponsibility,theperformanceassessmentshallbere-conductedfor48hours.
7)Aftersuccessfulcompletionoftheaboveacceptanceexamination,PartyAshallsubmittoPartyBacopyoftheequipmentandmaterialperformanceacceptancecertificatesignedbybothparties.

8.Aftertheequipmentisdebuggedandqualified,theequipmentshallbetransferredtoPartyAafter72hoursofstabilizationtogetherwiththerelevantpersonnelofPartyA.
9.Theguaranteeperiodoftheequipmentis24monthsofnormaloperationor36monthsofthedateofdelivery.
10.PartyBwillsupplyallkindsofsparepartstoPartyAandprovidelife-longservicetothewholesetofequipment.Itwillalsoundertaketheworkoftheequipmentandensurethatusershavenoworries.
11.Thesuppliercarriesoutaone-stopservicetosales,technologyandafter-saleservice.Ithasdedicatedtrackingtothecustomerservicedepartmentoftheproductsthathavebeensold,andunderstandstheoperationoftheproductsintime,andsolvesthedifficultiesoftheusers.

Eight.Trainingofpartyapersonnel
1.TrainingforthetechnicalpersonnelofPartyA
PartyBshallprovidefreetechnicaltrainingandservicestoPartyA'stechnicalpersonnelincluding,butnotlimitedto,thefollowingnecessarytechnicaltrainingandservices.
1)makethetechnicalpersonnelofpartyafamiliarwithandmasterthetechnologicalprocess,unitequipment,machinestructureandworkingprinciple,andoperationandmaintenanceofthedevice.
2)PartyBwilltrainexperiencedpartymemberswhoareexperiencedandskilledinguidingtheinstallation,commissioning,operationandmaintenanceofthecontract,includingteachingrelevantknowledgeandknow-how,andgivingdetailedanswerstothetechnicalproblemsraisedbyPartyA'stechnicians.
3)Inordertoensuretheefficiencyandeffectivenessofthetraining,PartyBshouldprovidetrainingmaterials,organizevisitstosimilardevicesandpractice.PartyAtakescareofthecostofvisitingandinternship.
2.TrainingfortheoperatorofPartyA
1)PartyBshallsendfreeexperiencedengineerstoexplaintheprocessandoperationtrainingofthecontractequipmentforPartyA'stechnicians,andguideordemonstratethepossibleoperatingconditions,adjustmentproceduresandmethodsofthecontractinstallation.
2)PartyB'sactualoperationtrainingforPartyA'soperatoriscarriedoutbyPartyB'son-sitecommissioningtechnicalteam,includingthejointstart-upofthedeviceandtheadjustmentofvariousparameterstoensurethestableoperationofthedevice.
3)PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithsimilaroperationequipmentforPartyApersonneltraining.

Ninestandardspecificationandqualitycontrol
1PartyBshallcomplywiththeexistingstandardsandspecificationsofthestate,industryandfactoriesforthedesign,materialselection,manufacture,inspectionandtestingoftheequipmentsupplied,andtheotherprovisionsstipulatedinthecontractshallbeexecutedaccordingtothecontract.
